Dr. Leanna Read (Chair), Prof. Simon Cool (CEO), Dr. Sarah Costanzo (COO) and Prof. Allison Cowin (Research Director) were delighted to attend the CRA Collaborate Innovate 2025 Conference May 19-21 in Melbourne, where they connected with Senator the Hon Tim Ayres, Minister for Industry and Innovation, and Minister for Science, members of the CRC grants team, service providers, and the broader CRC community. Dr. Leanna Read participated in a panel discussion titled “Lessons for the future” covering key themes that included collaboration, AI, commercialisation, and government policy. The SMART CRC received a tremendous amount of positive feedback and support, and it was a valuable opportunity to gather insights from those who have walked this path before.
