Rachael is the Head of Workforce Development at the SMART CRC, leading the Centre’s strategy to build education, training, and workforce capability across the regenerative therapies sector.
With experience spanning both academic and professional roles, Rachael works closely with industry partners, education providers, and higher degree research students to shape a future ready workforce. Her focus is on creating evidence informed pathways that connect research, skills development, and industry impact.
Holding a doctorate in Educational Psychology, Rachael brings deep insight into how research training translates into meaningful industry and societal outcomes, informed by her early career research on PhD employment pathways within Cooperative Research Centres.
