A word from SMART CRC Chair Dr Leanna Read
If momentum is a defining theme of this SMART CRC Quarterly Update, it is most evident in the progress of our first tranche of projects.
At the time of writing, the SMART CRC Board has approved our first project, which is now with partners for final sign-off. We look forward to working with our partners to share further details with you shortly.
The Board is also close to approving a second project. In parallel, the SMART CRC team is working closely with partners across the network to progress a pipeline of more than 20 additional projects, each at varying stages of development.
Another important milestone in the evolution of SMART CRC will be the appointment of our new Board at the AGM at the end of July. We have drawn nominations from across our network and look forward to working with this incoming Board to sustain our momentum and deliver meaningful impact across the regenerative therapies sector.
